2. Extrusion: Extrusion is the means of profile forming. First, design and manufacture the mold according to the profile product, and use the extrusion machine to extrude the heated round cast rod from the mold. The commonly used brand 6063 alloy is extruded At the same time, an air-cooling quenching process and subsequent artificial aging are used to complete the heat treatment strengthening. Different brands of heat-treatable strengthening alloys have different heat treatment systems.

3. Coloring (here we mainly talk about the oxidation process)
Oxidation: The extruded aluminum alloy profile has poor surface corrosion resistance, and the surface must be treated by anodizing to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance of the aluminum profile.

Its main process is:
(1) Surface pretreatment: use chemical and physical methods to clean the surface of the profile, exposing the pure body, which is conducive to obtaining a complete and dense artificial film. Mirror or matt (matt) surfaces can also be obtained mechanically.

(2) Anodic oxidation: The surface-treated profiles, under certain process conditions, anodic oxidation occurs on the surface of the substrate. Generate a layer of dense, porous, strong adsorption AL203 film.

(3) Pore sealing: the film pores of the anodized porous oxide film are sealed to enhance the anti-pollution, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxide film. The oxide film is colorless and transparent, and the adsorption of the oxide film before sealing is used. Adsorption and deposition of some metal salts in the membrane pores can make the surface of the profile appear many colors other than the natural color (silver white), such as: black, bronze, golden yellow, and stainless steel, etc.
